NIKE, Inc. is one of the most well known athletic brands in the world. Their mission is to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world. (*If you have a body, you are an athlete.) The purpose of this poster presentation is to explore whether Nike exhibits a global mindset through analysis of its advertising, manufacturing, and human resource practices.
In partnership with Kell Anderson, we are going to create a poster presentation that explores if NIKE, Inc. has a global mindset. We will define what we view as a global mindset and use this lens to evaluate 3 main functions at Nike: their advertising, manufacturing, and HR practices. Through this evaluation, our goal is to determine if Nike exhibits a global mindset, and if so, how?
