Faith Renae Regh Gilbert is a 2018 graduate of Gonzaga's Doctoral Program in Leadership Studies. Faith is a published author who currently works as the Compliance Coordinator for Gonzaga's Institutional Review Board. Her dissertation work involved researching the intersubjective connections between servant-leadership, meaningful 'languaging,' resonant relationships, and interpersonal neurobiology.
